Description
The ScannerMAX Dual Analog +12v driver is a compact, dual axis scanner driver which requires only a +12v power input for operation. Package size is also smaller than typical galvanometer drivers, with the size similar to a standard credit card. Given the small size and simple power requirements, the Dual Analog 12v driver is popular for handheld and battery powered galvanometer applications.
The Dual Analog 12v Scanner driver is intended to drive ScannerMax Compact 506 galvanometers at a scan rate of 30K (2.5 kHz -3 dB bandwidth) at 8° optical with an absolute maximum scan angle of 50°. Note that scan angles larger than 8° will require lower scan rates to achieve accurate and reliable scanner performance and avoid damaging the scanner set.
