Refund Policy

When making a purchase of goods with Pangolin Laser Systems, Inc., via our webshop at ScannerMAX, our return and refund return policy is as follows:

Cancellation Period / Timeframe

The consumer is entitled to request a return and refund of their purchase within 14 days of the goods being accepted. If a return or refund request is sent in outside of this 14-day period, it is the sole decision of Pangolin Laser Systems, Inc., as to whether or not the return or refund will be granted.

Pangolin Laser Systems, Inc.  will make a good faith attempt to return the goods, if they believe they can resell, reuse, or recoup their investment, which went into the production and manufacturing of the purchased products.

If the request is approved, a 25% restocking fee based on the listed website price may apply, at the discretion of Pangolin Laser Systems, Inc. .

Refunds to the buyer will be made using their original method of payment or using a check payment from Pangolin Laser Systems. Inc..

Product Condition for Refunds and Returns
When returning goods back to Pangolin Laser Systems, Inc., the buyer is obliged to return the goods undamaged and complete, in a condition appropriate to the time of use. If the consumer returns the goods to the seller without original security features, e.g. with the security code removed or damaged, this kind of damage to the goods is considered by the contracting parties a serious damage to the goods, and the buyer won’t be entitled to having the price of the goods refunded. Refund and return shipments must be made using the original packaging provided.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
If a client receives goods which are damaged, defective or incorrect on arrival, they have five business days to notify Pangolin Projector Referral of the damaged, defective, or incorrect goods. They can do this by emailing .

Proof documenting he damage, defectiveness, or incorrect goods sent needs to be emailed to, in the form of photos, video, or related media (i.e. we need to see what damage took place, what is defective about the product, or that the incorrect items were sent, to help address the claim). Once we confirm via email that there is damage, that the product is defective, or that we sent the incorrect items, we will coordinate the return of the goods back to our headquarters, and facilitate an appropriate exchange. 

The return shipment is the burden of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed. Once the damaged, defective or incorrect goods are received back by Pangolin Laser Systems, Inc., we will coordinate the appropriate replacement products back to the buyer. Replacements products will be the same product originally purchased, or an agreed upon replacement (confirmed by both the buyer, and Pangolin Laser Systems Inc.).

Shipping and Packaging Costs
Return shipping and packaging costs to and from Pangolin Laser Systems, Inc. are the burden of the buyer, unless otherwise specified and agreed.

Delivery and Shipping Charges
Delivery and Shipping Charges to buyer are non-refundable once the items have been received, as documented with our approved shipping providers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, USPS, Cargo Partner, and subsequent shipping providers which may be used, as approved by Pangolin Laser Systems, Inc.).

Products Returned Exceeding Cancellation Period
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests, after fourteen days of receiving the goods – Unless otherwise agreed by buyer and Pangolin Laser Systems, Inc..
